e-Mag Solutions was founded in 2005 by mobile-service-industry veterans to bring real engineering discipline to a market that desperately needed it. Two decades later, we are a hardware, software, cloud and repair partner — for brands in mobile retail and healthcare who need all four under one roof.
We started by solving a single, unglamorous problem: that India's mobile after-sales market was fragmented, opaque and unreliable. We built a customer-friendly, end-to-end service operation that brands could actually trust — with a strict ESD-controlled repair floor, multi-lingual call centre, online RMA portal and a partner network that today spans 750+ authorised service centres across the country.
As the products we serviced got smarter, our engineering practice followed. We added embedded firmware (FreeRTOS, PIC, ARM), cross-platform mobile and web apps (Flutter, React, Xamarin, Node.js), and cloud architectures on AWS — with the compliance discipline that healthcare and regulated medical-device clients demand.
What ties the practice together is the same operating principle we started with: that good engineering is repeatable, traceable and honest about what works. It is why our repair bounce rates and scrap percentages beat industry norms, why our firmware ships clean through Notified Body audits, and why brands come back to us when the next product needs a partner.
