What repair levels do you handle?
Levels 1 to 4 — from cosmetic and module swaps (L1–L2) through to component-level board repair with BGA chip replacement (L3–L4). Every unit is processed in our ESD-controlled facility with calibrated tools.
How is throughput managed at 20,000 units a month?
Floor design, role specialisation, parts forecasting and continuous training. Barcoded WIP tracking keeps each unit visible from intake to dispatch, and our repair-bounce and scrap rates meet best-of-industry norms.
Do you handle logistics?
Yes — forward and reverse logistics to collect defectives and return repaired units to vendor service centres and warehouses across the country, integrated with our 750+ partner-centre network.
